What We Can Help With

Factual corrections

Found an error in a provider review? Tell us. Include the provider name, the specific claim, and a source if you have one. We verify and correct within 48 hours. Getting the data right matters more than being right the first time.

Methodology questions

Something about our scoring doesn't make sense? We're genuinely interested. Our methodology evolves based on feedback from operators who actually use these providers.

Provider suggestions

We currently review 20 providers. If there's a PSP serving iGaming operators that should be in our database, let us know. We evaluate inclusion based on market relevance, not payment.

Provider representatives

We don't offer pre-publication review or score negotiation, but we investigate factual disputes. Send corrections with supporting documentation and we'll look into it.

General questions

What We Don't Do

We're a review platform, not a consultancy or integration partner.

Personalized PSP recommendations

Our reviews give you the data. Your team makes the call based on your volumes, markets, and licensing situation.

Broker introductions

If you want to contact a provider, their official website is linked on every review page.

Legal or compliance advice

Our reviews include licensing and compliance data, but this is informational research, not legal guidance. Talk to your lawyers.
