Narvi Review
Is It the Right Account Provider for Your iGaming Business?
A young Finnish EMI that sells the operator a euro IBAN in its own name and pitches the affiliate the same account, with the player flows deliberately left out.

Our Verdict: Should You Bank With Narvi?
Final assessment for iGaming operators, studios and affiliates
Tier 2: register-verified and gambling stated on its own site
Summary
Narvi gives a gambling business a dedicated Finnish IBAN, SEPA Instant, SWIFT to 180 countries and a bulk-payout tool, on a FIN-FSA e-money license passported across the EEA. The product is treasury only: high-risk clients are excluded from player-facing C2B and B2C payments, so this is the account that receives PSP settlements and pays suppliers and affiliates, not a cashier rail. The company is five years old, names no clients, publishes no fees for its risk tiers, and carries a small but consistent set of complaints about blocked accounts, which is the profile of a provider to test with a secondary balance before trusting with the float.
Strongest Point
The account itself. A euro IBAN in the operator's own name, with SEPA Instant and an API, from a licensee that names iGaming operators, platforms and affiliates as three separate segments and expects MGA and UKGC paperwork. Affiliates in particular get an account provider that says out loud what the problem is: banks flag them for serving iGaming.
Key Limitation
Track record and transparency. Narvi was registered in 2021, has no named client of any kind, and prices by a risk classification it does not publish. Thirteen Trustpilot reviews are a thin sample, but eight of them describe the same event, an account blocked with funds held for months without explanation, and that is the failure mode that matters most for a settlement account.
Recommendation
Treat Narvi as a second euro account for supplier and affiliate payouts rather than the home of your float, and ask for the fee schedule for your risk tier in writing before onboarding. If you need player-facing flows or a currency other than euro on the IBAN itself, look elsewhere in this section.
Pros
- FIN-FSA e-money license with an EEA passport, confirmed in the Dutch central bank's register
- Dedicated Finnish IBAN in the company's name, SEPA Instant, SWIFT and an API
- iGaming operators, platforms and affiliates addressed as separate client types
- Bulk payouts for affiliate and supplier runs
Cons
- No named clients
- Fees for the high-risk tier are not published
- High-risk clients get no player-facing C2B or B2C flows
- Trustpilot 2.9 on 13 reviews, most describing blocked accounts and held funds
- Cards are still announced, not live

What the company itself says about serving iGaming, and how we read it
“SEPA/SWIFT payments, FX, and mass payouts for iGaming operators, platforms, and affiliates”
Our reading
iGaming has its own product page with operators, platforms and affiliates as separate segments. High-risk clients get a B2B treasury account only: the pricing page rules them out of player-facing C2B and B2C flows.

Frequently Asked Questions
3 questions about Narvi
Yes. Affiliates are one of the three iGaming client types Narvi addresses, and the pitch is aimed at affiliates whose banks flag them for serving gambling. Fees depend on the risk classification and are quoted individually.
No. High-risk clients are excluded from C2B and B2C payments, so a Narvi account receives settlements from your payment providers and pays your suppliers; it does not sit in the cashier.
The Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority licensed Narvi Payments Oy Ab as an electronic money institution, and the license is passported across the EEA. The Dutch central bank's public register lists the passport since April 2022.
