What the rule actually is in Singapore
Our own reading, not a summary of someone else's
Gambling Regulatory Authority (GRA, formed 2022) under the Gambling Control Act 2022 / Remote Gambling regime. Singapore Pools is the ONLY licensed remote operator (state monopoly) for both betting/lottery AND any legal online play; ALL other online casino/sportsbook is unlicensed and illegal to use (fines to SGD 200k, up to 5yr) - so private demand is served offshore. No pathway for offshore operators to license.
